Another student reported a near-miss with a vehicle that drove directly towards him in a university parking area, raising serious concerns about safety and ethical conduct.
In a communication to the university community, interim president Domenico Grasso expressed his dismay over the actions of a contractor’s employee, stating, “We have recently discovered that an employee of one of our security contractors has acted in ways that contradict our values and directives. What transpired was disturbing, unacceptable, and unethical, and we will not tolerate such behavior.” This statement underscores the university’s commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all students.
